you can get married in syria, all you need are:
1- Two medical reports (general ones from a doctor, verified by the ministry of health)
2- An AIDS test for the filippini national
3- Two birth certificates
4- A permit from the military body of Syria
5- filling out a marriage application and get it approved by the syrian court.
the whole process would take about 4-5 days. but the judgement of the court takes about two weeks.
however, i don’t know what might the required papers be in Saudi Arabia but it will be similar…
