Yes. Not trying to get into an arguement, but Americans did band together and help Katrina victims. I was younger when that happened and didn’t pay attention to everything, so I don’t know the logistics, but help was provided.

No, I mean here, in Holland (Europe). Holland is for a large part below sea level, but protected against flooding by dykes. But with typhoons like they have in the Philippines, I don’t think we would survive for very long.
