Do you have a china town near you? Or Asian restaurants? Or casinos? Try hanging around there, lots of Filipinos hang around those areas.

I recommend you look for Filipino-American groups (churches, schools, etc) and start attending their meetings. Filipinos love Americans, so you would be welcome. Just be honest and say you want to make Filipino friends. They will dig you. Then you can meet some of the PI-NAYS that would love to go out with you. There a lot of them, but I recommend some lady that has a few years here in America and SHOWS your same values.
WARNING: Refuse to meet Filipinas via internet and to visit them in their home town for future marriage. Not all of them are fake, but the majority (99%) just want your money. So save it here, at home.
