if a Chinese/Japanese/Korean had a love relationship/marriage with a Filipino?

I really would not consider that interracial, I’m a Filipino boy myself, and I really think that we are all kind of the same race in a way. just my opinion.

What do you mean by ***********? If a Chinese/Japanese/Korean would have a child with a Filipino, then the child would be of mixed heritage.

It depends on how the person is raised. Some of my Korean friends who are guys only date Korean girls and vice-versa. I had a friend (Filipina) who dated a Korean & the parents forced the two to break up, because she wasn’t Korean. I guess it has something to do with the clashing of cultures and ethics. The Korean ethics would be different to Filipino ethics. That’s why the parents would recommend for their child to marry someone in their own heritage.

Assuming the parents of both sides are mature and liberal enough with out stereotyping each others cultures, I think the union would work. America is the biggest showcase of many successful *********** marriages. I bet many among you out there have known of couples from different ethnic backgrounds that are living happily out of such marriages.

Strictly speaking – yes, because genetics as shown that Northeast Asians (Chinese, Koreans, Japanese) are genetically different from Southeast Asians (Filipinos, Thais, Malays, Indonesians).

Northeast Asians are closer to the Caucasoid Indians in terms of genetics than to SE Asians – Whites, Caucasoid Indians, and Northeast Asians all sprung up from one stock – while Southeast Asians are closer to the Pacific Islanders and to Australian Aborigines.

Just by looking and hearing at them you would easily spot the difference! They even speak languages from totally different and unrelated language families!

The reason why Koreans don’t want Filipinos or Filipinas to be their child’s spouse is because is causes them undue embarrassment to their fellow Koreans. In Korea, if your child married a person who is non-Korean, it is extremely shameful and is seen as a lower status – the fact that they don’t even want their children to marry Whites makes it even more abhorred for them to marry Southeast Asians, whom they call in their language as “Dirty Asians” due to their darker skin than Northeast Asians!

The above situation is also similar to the reasons why Chinese Filipinos don’t want their children to marry non-Chinese – it is equivalent to “shaming one’s parents” and “explicitly turning one’s back against his or her own culture”.

You must remember that Northeast Asians tend to be greatly overprotective and overobsessed with their culture than Southeast Asians are, who keep on copying and marrying Whites – no offense meant, but the erosion of Southeast Asian cultures keep on getting worse because of *********** marriages.

Yes, it is inter-racial coz it pertains to something which involves different race. Well, if that is the term for that.

I’ve seen that question a while ago and I just laughed at it.

Maybe she’s just got so fond of Korean movies or drama that’s why she thought of that.

The final say on that would still depend to the persons involved.
