Guam is an American Territory so it is the same requirements to go there and get married and it is to any other part of the US. It would require a finance visa and then you need to file the paperwork with the Immigration office in Guam.

If you want to get married on Guam she’ll need a fiancee visa. Guam is a US Territory. The exact same immigration laws, rules and regulations apply.
Unless you intend to live in the United States, right after the marriage, there’s absolutely nothing to be gained from getting married in the United States.
First, she’d have to stay on Guam a minimum of about a year before she’d have time to adjust status and get her Green Card. Leaving the USA while adjustment of status is being processed causes it to become void.
Second, after she got her Green Card she cannot be absent from the United States for more than 1 year (2 years with advance permission). Any longer absence and the Green Card is void. **********No, coming back for a few days, weeks or a month or two each year will not keep the Green Card valid. The cumulative absences would cause it to become void.
