Talk to someone in their immigration department, not sure what the call it off the top of my head but whatever their couterpart is, tell the receptionist what you know and they’ll direct you.

But you might want to explore & examine your motives and any potential consequences, first…unless they are a very unintelligent person, it is unlikely it would be all that difficult for them to find out who reported them. Regardless of what’s right and what’s wrong, how might you react if you were that person and you were arrested, jailed and deported because of something someone said?

Do you have proof that she committed these acts?Because it will require more than just a hearsay to allege something like this.You can report it to the Japan Embassy in Manila if you have a valid ground.
