She will need to end her first marriage before she can LEGALLY wed again. Even though it would be unlikely that the first marriage would be discovered, it could come back to haunt her in the future if her 2nd marriage is invalid.

the girl cannot legally marry again in the philippines until her marriage with the chinese guy is annulled. otherwise, she can be charged and convicted of bigamy, that is, contracting two marriages at the same time.
the best thing would be to get an annulment here in the philippines , or if divorce is allowed in china, then she has to ask her chinese husband to file for divorce there. (a filipino/filipina married to a non-filipino cannot file for divorce, the “foreigner” spouse should be the one to file it in the foreign country)
as said by the person who first answered, it is not likely that such marriage with the chinese guy will be discovered– unless of course the chinese guy finds out that the girl plans to get married again, or has already been married to the filipino guy. but if the chinese guy finds out, he can easily cause her trouble by filing a case against her.
also, if the first marriage is still subsisting, any subsequent marriage contracted by the girl (such as the one to the filipino guy) will be invalid/void, and all the consequential privileges and rights of married individuals will not be enjoyed by them.
consult a lawyer and ask whether it is faster to seek a divorce in china, or an annullment in the philippines. also, seek the cooperation of the chinese husband. it might make things easier.
