If so I can understand. Keep in mind the US will tax you hard even if you leave the country(what an evil law) and I believe they punitively tax you if you renounce citizenship, but I am unsure.Check with the state dept. If you have a pension or regular funds you can marry a Filipina, pay some punitive penalty and tell the US goodbye. After all, it is on path to become a third world nation by 2050 anyway.
